1. Download the ZOE App
Search for ZOE Health or ZOE Nutrition in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Sign in with your original account email
❗ Important: Please make sure you sign in using the exact email address you used when making your purchase.
Need to double-check your email? Look for your order confirmation email in your inbox titled: Your ZOE order number SBXXXXXXX is confirmed sent by [email protected].
Unless you originally signed up using Apple or Google, please choose the option to 'Continue with Email' and manually enter your email & password.
If you choose the option to 'Continue with Apple' or 'Continue with Google' when this is not how you originally signed up, you will be directed to make a new membership purchase as our system will not recognise your membership payment.
Double-checking that you use your original login email will ensure everything links smoothly!
