Understanding Your Daily30 Renewal Charge

Explains what Daily30 renewal charges are, when they happen, how to check them, and what to do if you have a question about a charge.

Your Daily30 subscription automatically renews so you never run out. This article explains what to expect when a renewal charge appears and what to do if you have questions about it.

When will I be charged?

Renewal charges depend on your subscription plan:

  • Monthly subscription - charged each month on your billing date.

  • 4-month subscription - charged in full at the start of each 4-month period.

The charge will be taken using the payment method you provided when you signed up.

Why might a charge look different?

Your renewal charge may differ from a previous payment if:

  • You upgraded or switched to a different plan.

  • A promotional or introductory discount applied to your first order but not renewals.

  • ZOE updated its pricing - we notify you in advance if this happens.

You can check your current plan, upcoming charges, and payment history at any time at zoe.com/account.

How do I avoid an unwanted renewal charge?

If you don't want your subscription to renew, you need to cancel before your next billing date. You can do this through the app:

  1. Open the ZOE app and go to Settings.

  2. Tap Account settings, then Membership.

  3. Follow the steps to cancel your renewal.

Cancelling stops future renewals only. This won't stop an order that is already in progress.
