In the ZOE app, the ZOE Foundations Lessons are built right into the app and are easy to find.
How to access them:
Open the app and go to the Home tab.
Scroll down and look for the ZOE Foundations section.
Tap All videos next to that section to open the full library.
This All Principles screen lets you watch every lesson, even ones you’ve already completed, so you can revisit them anytime.
A couple of helpful notes:
The lessons are short, bite‑sized videos that explain key nutrition principles and help build healthy habits.
If a video is locked, it simply means it unlocks as you progress and level up in the app.
Also worth knowing: the previous Classic Foundation lessons are no longer available since the Classic app was retired, but the new version of the ZOE app includes these updated Foundations lessons.
