At ZOE, we know that food and nutrition can feel personal, complex, and sometimes confusing. Whether you’re trying to understand your results, make sense of your scores, or decide what to eat next, we want to help you find clear, science-backed guidance.
Where to get nutrition answers
The best place to get answers to nutrition, diet, or food-related questions is right in the ZOE app.
You can use Ziggie, our in-app AI assistant, for personalised nutrition support. Ziggie is designed to help with questions about your ZOE programme and can provide guidance based on ZOE’s science.
Ziggie can help you:
Understand your ZOE insights and scores
Learn why certain foods may work better for your body than others
Get ideas for meals, snacks, and food swaps
Explore ways to improve your gut health
Understand ZOE principles, such as eating more plants and choosing foods that support your biology
Find practical tips for building healthier habits
How to use Ziggie
To ask a nutrition question, just follow these steps:
Open the ZOE app.
Go to the home screen.
Tap the yellow character, Ziggie.
Type your question.
You can ask questions in your own words. Here are a few examples of what you can ask:
"Can you suggest a higher-fibre breakfast?" "How can I add more plants to my meals?" "Why did this meal score lower than I expected?" "What are some ZOE-friendly snack ideas?"
Can Customer Support answer nutrition questions?
Our Customer Support team is always happy to help with your account, subscription, app, test kit, results access, and technical questions.
However, Customer Support cannot provide personalised nutrition, diet, or medical advice. If you contact Customer Support with a nutrition-related question, we may guide you to Ziggie or other resources in the app so you can get the most relevant support.
What if I have a medical condition or need medical advice?
Here at ZOE, we aren’t able to diagnose, prevent, or treat medical conditions. We'd recommend speaking to your GP if you're looking for specific guidance on your medical concern as they can provide the most suitable and specialised advice for you.
