The Diet Quality Score is designed to give you a broader view of your overall eating pattern, not just individual meals.
It’s calculated on a scale from 1–100, and it combines several key factors:
Your personalised food scores – the scores you get for the foods you log.
Plant diversity – how many different plant foods you include in your diet.
Fibre intake – how much fibre you’re getting overall.
Ultra-processed food consumption – how often you’re eating heavily processed foods.
Quality of fats – the types of fats in your diet.
These elements reflect the long‑term quality of your diet rather than just a single day or meal. The score is also personalised to your health profile, similar to your food scores.
It’s calculated using all the meals and snacks you log the previous day.
