What does my daily breakdown mean?

In the case of Eating Window, there are two daily breakdown graphs. One in the Improve Screen and the other in the 'advice details' pages for the Eating Window.

The daily breakdown plot in the Improve screen shows the duration of your Eating Window based on your logs each day over the previous week, starting on Sunday.

To give you an indication of whether the duration of your Eating Window is appropriate, we have color-coded the bars:

  • Dark green means you have smashed your target.

  • Light green indicates that you’re on the right track to hit your target, but there’s room for improvement. This could be because you are below or above the target. If light green shows you’re above the target, and means you’re doing well but could benefit from slightly moderating your Eating Window duration. When it indicates you’re below the target, you’re making healthy choices, but you may be being too restrictive.

  • Yellow means that your Eating Window might benefit from some adjustments.

  • Red means that you might want to pay attention to your Eating Window, as it is quite far off from the recommended target.

Example for understanding your daily breakdown plot in the Improve Screen

The illustration provided below is an example plot displaying the duration of your Eating Window over the previous week, based on meal logging data. It's essential to note that this plot is not a reflection of your personal data, but a generic example to aid in understanding your own plot displayed within the Improve tab of the app.

The daily breakdown plot in the advice details screen for Eating Window is also showing the duration of your Eating Window for each day of the previous week based on your logs but it also tells you the specific start and end times, as illustrated in the Figure below.
