The daily breakdown plot in the Improve screen shows you how much fiber you have logged each day over the previous week, starting on Sunday.

To give you an indication of whether your daily intake is appropriate, we have color coded the bars:

  • Dark green means you have smashed your target

  • Light green means that you are doing well but haven't quite met your target

  • Yellow means that your intake is poor

  • Red means that your intake needs attention

Example for understanding your daily breakdown plot

The illustration provided below is an example plot displaying fiber intake over a previous week, based on meal logging data. It's essential to note that this plot is not a reflection of your personal data, but a generic example to aid in understanding your own plot displayed within the Improve tab of the app.

Observations from the example plot:

  • On Sunday, no meals were logged (grey line).

  • On Monday, meals were logged, but none of them contained fiber. The fiber intake was way below the target, which is not great (red line).

  • On Tuesday and Thursday, the fiber intake improved but was still quite low (yellow bar).

  • On Wednesday, the fiber intake was on target (dark green bar).

  • On Friday, the fiber intake was very low (red bar).

  • On Saturday the fiber intake was close to the target (light green bar).
