  • Dietary fiber is listed on the label of most packaged foods. Make sure to note whether the label is based on servings.

  • In Europe, high fiber foods must contain at least 6g per 100g.

  • In the US, food is considered a high source of fiber if the % daily value listed on the label is 20% or more.
