Don’t worry, your ZOE app will guide you step-by-step through the process! Each day you'll see a new 'to do list' with new tasks and lessons to complete. We'll also send you handy reminders to help you stay on track. If you're ever in doubt about what to do next, just open up your app for guidance.

We recommend choosing a test start date when you won't be very busy and will have enough time and privacy to do your tests. This will help ensure that you can do all your tests accurately and on time.

It takes 3-4 weeks for our labs to process your samples once you've sent them back to us. We'll send you an email as soon as your results are ready. Once you've finished up your tests, you'll be able to track the progress of your results in the ZOE app.
