The blood sugar impact represents our prediction of how healthy this meal is in terms of the rise in sugar (glucose) in your blood after eating, compared to other meals of similar calories.

A lower impact score is better, meaning smaller blood sugar rises. Avoiding large blood sugar spikes is better for your metabolism and health.

This score is based on our predictions of your blood sugar levels after this meal and your ability to metabolize them.
