Your UK Gut Health Test Kit or Retest Kit is dispatched 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Dispatch email from the courier
Once your kit has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email from the courier with a tracking link.
Tracking your kit
You can see your current delivery status and tracking number at zoe.com/account under Order History, or use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.
If no tracking information is showing yet, your order may still be in preparation.
When your kit arrives
Follow the instructions on the sticker from your box to access the in-app instructions for completing the test. In the ZOE app, go to the "You" tab at the bottom right and tap the banner to scan your sample tube.
