It typically takes up to four weeks from the time your samples are sent to ZOE's labs for processing and generating results.
If retesting is required due to issues with the initial sample, additional time (an extra 3-4 weeks) may be needed to deliver insights following retesting.
Transit Delays vs. Logging Delays: Samples may take time to reach the lab due to transit delays, and even after delivery, there may be additional time required for the app to acknowledge receipt. This is a normal part of the process.
Notifications and Updates
ZOE notifies users through the app and email once results are ready.
Emails will be sent to the address linked to your ZOE account. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders if you don’t receive one in your inbox.
Handling Delays or Issues
Occasionally, delays occur due to ZOE's commitment to maintaining high-quality lab processes or ensuring accurate results. The team is working to promptly handle all samples and will notify you if extended delays occur.
