If you’re using the FreeStyle Libre or Libre 3 app:
No. You don’t need to return your sensor to us. Simply remove it and dispose of it at home.
If you’re using a handheld reader:
Yes. Please place your sensor inside the return packaging and send it back to us along with the external reader. This type of sensor contains much of the data from your test, so please take care of it and don’t throw it away. The return box has a prepaid mailing label so all you need to do is send it back via US Postal Service (USPS).
