Logging your meals while testing is optional and won’t impact the accuracy of your results.

That said, there are a few benefits to logging your meals:

  • At the end of your 2 weeks of testing, you'll get a testing recap with insights into your most and least stable days, and meals that caused the biggest and smallest blood sugar spikes for you. You'll need to log at least 6 meals during your testing recap to get meaningful insights.

  • It can help you keep a record of your own blood sugar challenges and any other experiments you try.

  • You’ll get personalized scores and feedback on any meals you log when your results are ready.

  • We’ll also combine logged meal data with answers from your diet questionnaire to generate recommendations you can use to improve your diet.
