It’s fine to shower or bathe while wearing the blood sugar sensor. A little bit of rain isn’t going to harm it either. 😉

The sensor shouldn’t be taken below a depth of 1 meter (3 feet) in water or submerged in water for more than 30 minutes as this could break or deactivate it.

That’s why we recommend that you avoid swimming, using saunas or steam rooms, until you've finished your test.
