1. Wake up and remain fasted; do not exercise

Remain fasted (only plain still water) until you eat your breakfast muffins. Do not exercise this day until 3 hours after breakfast.

2. Eat your breakfast muffins

You can have plain still water, plain black coffee or tea with them if you want but nothing else. Follow the instructions in the muffin packaging and log them with the app.

3. Don’t eat, drink or exercise for 3 hours

Besides plain still water, plain black coffee or tea.

4. Start testing your own meals and snacks

Use the app to log your breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and any drinks. Now’s the time to start enjoying all your favorite foods so you can get results for them and understand how they affect your body.
