I got a referral code from a friend. How do I use it?

Received a referral from a friend but unsure how to use it? Check out this guide

Step 1: Get Your Referral Code

Once you enter your email address to claim a referral offer, your unique discount code will be displayed directly on your screen.

Tip: Don't worry if you close the tab - a copy of your code will also be sent straight to your email inbox!

  • Copy the code: Click the Copy code button next to your unique code on the confirmation screen, or copy it directly from your confirmation email.

Step 2: Shop on the ZOE Website

  1. Head over to the ZOE Website.

  2. Browse through our products and select the one(s) you wish to purchase.

  3. Add your chosen products to your cart.

Step 3: Apply Your Code at Checkout

  1. Proceed to the Checkout page.

  2. Follow the prompt until you reach the Payment Details section.

  3. Locate the box labelled "Add promotion code".

  4. Paste or type your referral code into the box and click Apply.

  5. Your discount will immediately be applied to your order total!

  • Code not working? Double-check that there are no extra spaces before or after the code when pasting.

  • Can’t find your email? Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if the email doesn't appear in your inbox within a few minutes.

Please note: A referral code can only be used on your first order.
