Our gut is home to trillions of bacteria, and just as a forest doesn't need a specific type of tree to be healthy, your microbiome doesn't need a particular strain of bacteria to be considered healthy. Microbiomes are incredibly diverse and variable between people, and it's all about variety and balance.
