🟢 Dark green
Score of 90-100: enjoy daily
Excellent choice for your overall health. These are the building blocks for a balanced, diverse diet.
💚 Light green
Score of 60-80: enjoy frequently
A good choice for every other day. Supports your health as part of a balanced diet, though some may be better in smaller portions.
💛 Yellow
Score of 30-50: enjoy in moderation
There are healthier swaps, but these can still fit into a balanced diet 1-2x a week. Try to combine with more nourishing ingredients.
🧡 Amber
Score of 0-20: enjoy occasionally
They may not help your health, but that doesn’t mean they’re off limits. Choose with care, about once a month, especially when they bring joy or meaning.
Remember that your overall diet pattern is by far the most important factor for your health, not any one food or meal score. You can see your diet score in the Diet tab in the app.
