🟢 Dark green
Score of 85-100: enjoy daily
Excellent choice for your overall health. You can eat these whenever you want. They are the building blocks for a balanced, diverse diet.
💚 Light green
Score of 55-84: enjoy frequently
A good choice for every other day. Supports your health as part of a balanced diet, though some may be better in smaller portions.
💛 Yellow
Score of 25-54: enjoy in moderation
There are healthier swaps, but these can still fit into a balanced diet 1-2x a week, in lower quantities. Try to combine with more nourishing ingredients.
🧡 Amber
Score of 0-24: enjoy occasionally
These foods may not help your health, but they’re not off limits. Enjoy about once a month, especially if they bring joy or meaning.
Remember that your overall diet pattern is by far the most important factor for your health, not any one food or meal score. You can see your diet score in the Diet tab in the app.
