🤳 How to snap your meals
From the homepage, tap the yellow plus icon at the bottom in the middle. Take a picture of your meal, or scan a barcode. The AI will analyse the photo and determine what is in it. You can add ingredients with the 'add ingredient' button, and remove or swap ingredients by swiping left on them. Tap 'eat now' when it looks correct.
✍️ How to edit your meals
You can edit today's meals by tapping on 'Mindful meals' on the homepage, swiping left on the meal you want to edit and tapping the pencil icon. You can edit yesterday's meals in the recharge tab.
⏳How often should you do it
Snapping a photo takes seconds. So it’s really easy to stick with, even on busy days.
Aim to do it for most meals and snacks. The more consistent you are, the faster the habit sticks, and the quicker you’ll see progress. This is because with a regular habit of mindful eating, you become more aware of your food and start to rewire how you eat. And if you miss one meal or day, that’s okay — just pick it up again. What matters is consistency over time, not perfection.
The longer you stick with it, the more personal and helpful it becomes. You’ll feel more aware, more confident in your choices, and more in control of your health.
