Logging meals after you’ve finished your ZOE test won’t contribute to your results.

That said, you’re welcome to log your meals in the app during this time if you want to.

There are a few benefits to logging while you wait for your results:

  • Familiarity with the App: Get up to speed and become really familiar with food logging in the app. This means you can really hit the ground running when you get your results. If you need help with logging meals in the ZOE app, please see this article.

  • Scored meals: When your results are ready, you’ll get personalised ZOE Scores for any meals that you previously logged in the app. This will give you insights into the quality of your diet right now and where there is room for improvement.

  • Advance Science: Logged meals will give us scientists at ZOE better insights into dietary patterns. These insights can help contribute to the continual advancement of science for all.
