Until ZOE 102 day 7 — day 14 of wearing your sensor — you can add any of your meals and drinks to your journal by clicking the "+" icon. We’ll use your results to score these meals and assess your diet. They’ll also help us tailor recommendations on how you can improve your diet.
If you don’t want to keep logging, it’s not a problem. Logging is entirely optional once you’ve finished testing.Some find it helpful to keep logging so they’re used to it once they receive their results. But it’s not essential.
