From sending your samples back to us, it currently takes about 2 weeks for our labs to process your blood sugar and blood fat samples. You will then receive an email as soon as your blood fat and blood sugar score report is ready to view.

Your microbiome results take longer due to advanced sequencing at the lab but you can expect these within another two weeks.

In some cases, reports will take longer to process due to retesting. If you need to retest due to issues with any of your samples, we will contact you via email immediately. From the point of retesting, you can expect to receive your reports within another 3-4 weeks.

You will unlock more features on the ZOE app such as Programmes and you'll have access to all of your food scores.
