From sending your samples back to us, it currently takes about 4 weeks for our labs to process your samples. You will then receive an email as soon as your insights reports are ready to view.

In some cases, reports will take longer to process due to retesting. If you need to retest due to issues with any of your samples, we will contact you via email immediately. From the point of retesting, you can expect to receive your reports within another 3-4 weeks.

You will start ZOE 103. In these lessons, we will start explaining the science behind ZOE so that when you do get your results, you are ready to hit the ground running 🏃

Some of the lessons will also include suggestions of actions you can take to gradually improve your diet and eat for your gut bugs.

This "waiting period" is also a great time to have a read through some of the articles in our Health Academy, or even listen to a couple of our podcasts that pique your interest.

If you have any nutritional, or other, questions whilst you are waiting for your results, please do message us and we will be sure to clear these up for you 😊

You will unlock more features on the ZOE app and will have access to all of your food scores. You can also create recipes - no more logging each individual ingredient for homemade recipes!

You'll also be invited to pick a start date for your Action Plan. This is an educational course that will guide you through the science in more detail so that by the end of the course you fully understand how to eat for your unique biology.
