Yes, you will need to log this in the app. If you do not, please continue to send the sample as the lab will be able to link the sample to your account and you'll still get your results.
On Day 4 of your gut health retest, you’ll see a task called ‘Do your gut health test’. After collecting your sample, mark this task as complete and log the time you collected your sample in the app. If this task is not available to you, please continue to send in your sample as the lab will be able to link this to your account.
After collecting your sample, follow your in-app instructions to package it and send it back to us.
