Exercise can impact your blood sugar levels. It's best to avoid exercise during fasting periods so we can assess your blood sugar response to the test cookies alone.
What counts as exercise during fasting periods?
We class exercise as any activity that raises your heart rate for an extended time. For example, going for a short walk at a leisurely pace is completely fine, but walking at a quick pace for more than 30 minutes would likely raise your heart rate higher than we'd want.
