Using your blood sugar sensor is a great way to connect the dots between the foods you eat and how you feel. While wearing your sensor, notice if you can feel any different when you see a dip in your curves.

A blood sugar ‘dip’ happens when your blood sugar level falls below your normal range, as shown in the image below.

These dips can cause you to feel symptoms including:

  • Sweating

  • Hunger

  • Irritability

  • Fatigue

Keeping an eye on your blood levels can help you better understand which meals or snacks cause blood sugar crashes for you. Knowing this can help you avoid them in the future.
