My sensor broke or fell off — how can I replace it?

If your sensor becomes partially or fully dislodged, do not attempt to push it back in. Instead, please reach out to our support team through your in-app chat as soon as possible, so we can discuss a replacement

If your sensor breaks or falls off before your testing day:

Please pause all your tasks until you have a new one in place. This pause is important for gathering the data we'll need to generate your results.

If your sensor breaks or falls off after your testing day:

Please reach out to us via our chat so we can investigate further or confirm that we have enough data to process your results.
