I knocked my sensor — should I be worried?

That’s okay! It happens to the best of us. Issues such as sensor detachment, connection problems, or errors are common and manageable.

Check your blood sugar sensor using your phone to see if it’s still working as expected. If it’s still collecting data then there’s nothing to worry about.

If you experience connection issues, check that NFC is enabled on your phone, ensure your phone is near the sensor, and restart the app or device if necessary.

💬 If you see an error message or glucose readings that seem much lower than normal, reach out to our support team through your in-app chat.

Contact support if your sensor repeatedly shows errors such as 'reading unavailable' or exhibits signs of physical damage.

Please don't remove or discard your sensor before checking in with a member of the ZOE team.
