Please see the steps below to cancel your ZOE membership:

Open your ZOE app and tap on the three lines on the top left corner of the app. 

You can then select 'Membership' under 'Account settings'.

3. You can then select 'Membership' under 'Account settings'.
4. Choose 'Cancel membership'.
