Here's how to cancel your membership in the app.

Please see the steps below to cancel your ZOE membership:

  1. Open your ZOE app and tap on the people icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Select the 'Settings' icon.

  3. You can then select 'Membership' under 'Account settings'.

  4. Choose 'Cancel membership'.
