Please see the steps below to cancel your ZOE membership:
Open your ZOE app and tap on the people icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Select the 'Settings' icon.
You can then select 'Membership' under 'Account settings'.
Choose 'Cancel membership'. After completing the cancellation steps, your membership will remain active until the renewal date of your fixed-term plan. During this time, you can continue accessing all ZOE app features such as ZOE Scores and recipes. However, cancellations made prior to the end of the term are not eligible for refunds or partial credits. Additionally, once the membership period ends, full access to ZOE tools and features will be discontinued.
You can also cancel your membership, and manage your account here - https://zoe.com/account Even after cancellation, your personal data, such as scores and preferences, will remain in the app. This allows you to rejoin in the future without losing historical records. If charges continue after cancellation, it may be due to the fixed-term nature of your membership. As outlined in ZOE’s terms, fixed-term plans remain active until their end dates regardless of cancellation, and no refunds or partial credits are provided for unused portions.
