You can reach our team through various channels depending on what you need. Here’s how to get in touch and find answers quickly.


💬 In-App Chat (Fastest Way to Reach Us)

Our support team is available via in-app chat 7 days a week:

  • USA Customers:

    • 🕗 Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET

    • 🕑 Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET

  • UK Customers:

    • 🕗 Monday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT

Response Time:

  • General queries: Within 1–2 business days

  • Urgent test-related questions: Usually within 1 hour

  • There is no need to stay in the chat window or keep the app open once you've sent your message, as we'll get back to you

  • We have an AI Assistant that is available 24/7, it is able to help resolve most queries without you needing to wait for a human agent but if you do need to speak with a human agent one will always be available. We appreciate your patience as we work to support everyone.

🚫 Tip: Avoid sending multiple follow-ups before we reply — it may delay our response, as we answer messages in the order received.
