Will the shipping process damage my samples?

Your samples are designed to stay stable during shipment. They should be perfectly safe to be posted, and the process will not affect the integrity of your samples.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

The return boxes are prepaid and pre-labelled, so you won’t have to worry about paying to return your samples.
