Your ZOE Journey Begins – Exciting Times Ahead!

Waiting for your results is such an exciting part of your ZOE journey! This is the moment where all your hard work - testing, logging, and learning comes together to give you unique insights into your body. While it can be hard to wait, rest assured that your results are on their way, and in the meantime, there’s plenty you can do to get ready.

When will I get my results?

From the time you send your samples back, it typically takes:

  • Around 2-3 weeks for our labs to process blood samples.

  • Up to 6 weeks for microbiome test results.

Results are often ready sooner, but don’t worry - you’ll receive an email when yours are ready to view. Since different tests take different amounts of time, it's normal for some members to receive results before others.

You can track the status of your results in the app: Profile > Where are my results?
