While your Community Group is coming to an end, we’d like to reassure you that this is only the beginning of your ZOE journey! There’s plenty more to explore to help support you and your long-term health. Here are some features to check out:

  • ZOE Clubs: First off, I highly recommend getting involved in ZOE Clubs! These are a fantastic way to connect with other members, share experiences, and find encouragement. You'll discover that you're not alone on this journey, and you can pick up valuable tips and insights from others. Plus, nutrition coaches are there to offer guidance and support.

  • The Improve Tab: Make sure you're regularly checking out your Improve tab. This is where you'll find personalised insights to help you gain a better understanding of your dietary habits. It's tailored specifically to you, so it's a goldmine of information for optimising your diet and lifestyle.

  • ZOE Foundations Lessons: Don't forget to take advantage of these. These lessons provide a wealth of knowledge about nutrition, gut health, and metabolic health. They're designed to empower you to make informed choices and understand the science behind our recommendations.

Remember, it’s still early days in your ZOE journey. We recommend making gradual changes that can be built on over time - these are more sustainable in the longer term.
