How do I know if my gut health is improving?

It’s great that you’re looking into how you might measure improvements in your gut microbiome 🔬

We are working to make gut health retests available for everyone, and at the moment, availability depends on the type of membership you’re on. So if you’d like to upgrade, please do check in with our customer support team.

For now, you can use your body’s cues to determine whether your gut health has improved. For example:

  • Reduced bloating

  • Improve stool quality

  • Improved mood

  • Improved energy

Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and improvements can be subtle and gradual. You can keep track of some of these areas in your ‘Reflect on your biology’ task under the Diary section in the ZOE app.
