Step 1: Log into the ZOE app with your credentials.

Step 2: You will be met with the below screen on the following page once you have logged in, select 'Rejoin ZOE'.

Step 3: You will be presented with a chat window with the option to select 'I'd like to renew my membership'.

Step 4: Once you have selected 'I'd like to renew my membership', you'' be presented with the plan options.

Step 5: Once you have selected your preferred plan, the chat would then present the relevant terms and conditions for you to read and message back confirming if you agree with them.

Step 6: After clicking "I agree," you'll be connected with an agent who will process your request and confirm when it's completed.

Step 7: Once a member of the support team has come back to confirm your account has been reinstated, you'd gain access within 24 hours!
