Dark green

  • Score 75-100

  • Enjoy freely

  • We predict these foods to be the best for your metabolism and gut. You can have these frequently (every day) and have some of your dark green foods in significant quantities.

  • While these foods work well for your biology, higher-fat foods in this category should be enjoyed in smaller quantities, such as 30g of nuts/seeds, or 1 tbsp of olive oil.

  • Score 50-75

  • Enjoy regularly

  • You can eat these foods regularly (every other day). However, large quantities may have a negative impact.

Yellow

  • Score 25-50

  • Enjoy in moderation

  • There are healthier swaps for these foods but having them from time to time (2-3 times per week) in normal quantities is fine.

Amber

  • Score 0 - 25

  • Once in a while
