Its also important to remember that even high quality fat foods in this category should be enjoyed in smaller quantities, such as 30g of nuts/seeds, or 1 tbsp of olive oil, to prevent elevated blood fat levels.

'Enjoy regularly' label
You can eat these foods every other day. However, large quantities may have a negative impact.

'Enjoy in moderation' label
