Over the past few months, our team has worked tirelessly to relaunch Daily30+ as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality or taste.
Elevating real over artificial ingredients, our world-leading scientists hand-picked each plant to create a formula of over 30 diverse fibres.
Since our product recall, we’ve updated our supply chain and reformulated our recipe (to include Icelandic seaweed). We’re now ready to start shipping Daily30+ so it can once again become your daily healthy habit.
Replacements will be prioritised and we aim to have completed all replacements by April. Active subscriptions will be unpaused - you will be notified via email 15 days before your scheduled charge with detailed information.
What are the new ingredients?
The ingredients that make up Daily30+ are:

Why did we change the ingredients?
We have added North Atlantic seaweed into Daily30+ as it is a naturally rich source of calcium. We have also removed the carrot and beetroot. We were not happy with the consistent quality of these two ingredients so are looking for a new supplier.

When will I receive my replacement?
Your Daily30+ replacement pack(s) will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of the confirmation email you receive. If you haven’t received your replacements after 10 days, please reach out to us.
Can I cancel my replacement or request a refund instead?
We are unable to cancel or refund Daily30+ replacements at this time. Once a replacement request has been processed in our system, it enters our automated fulfillment queue and cannot be altered. This policy ensures efficient processing and timely delivery of replacements to all our customers.

Why did I receive fewer replacements than I requested?
If you've received fewer replacements than anticipated, it's likely because some packs in your orders were not included in the recall and therefore do not qualify for replacement or refund.
