Your gut boosters and suppressors are foods that we’ve found in our research to be linked with higher levels of specific “good” and “bad” bacteria.

These are personalised to you based on your unique gut bacteria profile, rather than your current diet or dietary preferences. For this reason, you may notice some foods you don't tend to eat on your list if our research links them to higher levels of ‘good’ or ‘bad’ bacteria in your gut.

Our team are constantly working on exploring more foods and improving our recommendations. The goal is to give you a wider range of foods that are most relevant to you.

Supporting your gut bacteria

Generally speaking, the best way to support your gut bacteria is to try to eat a wide range of whole, fibre-rich plant foods such as colourful veggies, fruits, legumes and whole grains, as well as fermented foods.
