Currently, our app doesn't include a feature to monitor your activity level, so there's no need to log exercise in either the ZOE or Librelink app.

We recognise that exercise can significantly influence how your body responds to food. That's why we ask you to avoid exercise during the testing period - it helps us focus solely on your response to the standardised meals.

Your food and meal scores are calculated assuming you haven't just exercised and aren't about to exercise. This means that information about foods that increase blood sugar or blood fat levels might not be as relevant in situations where you've just been active or are about to be.

We understand this is a limitation of our current system. Rest assured, we're actively exploring ways to incorporate physical activity into our scoring in the future.
