To make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable, there are a couple of guidelines we'd like you to follow:

1. Be kind. We're all in this together, and we want to make sure we support each other. A bit of healthy debate is natural from time to time, but kindness is required.

2. No hate speech or bullying. Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind won't be allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity won't be tolerated.

3. No medical advice. ZOE cannot provide medical advice, or have medical advice shared amongst the group.

4. Respect everyone's privacy. Being part of a group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

5. Chats may be moderated. If we feel like there are unkind, hateful, or inappropriate comments, we may delete them from the chat. If we notice this, you'll receive a warning and may be removed from the group.

⚠️ To report a message that you believe violates our community guidelines, simply long-press the message and select 'Flag Message'. Our team will review and investigate all reported content. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

6. Reach out to our customer support team for assistance: If you have any tech or customer support questions, please ask in the in-app chat feature.

We hope these sound fair to you all 😊
